I am Samuel E. Shoshoo, and selling luxury real estate is my forte.

Relocation is our specialty. We work with numerous relocation companies and departments from major corporations to find suitable luxury homes for themselves or their families. We also work with a national chain of upscale Brokers such as ourselves that have clients who remain part of a private clientele. In addition, we work with local residents who are choosing to sell and utilize modern techniques to finalize the sale of their home. Much of our business is done through referral. Our personal network database consists of higher end influentials who are looking to relocate to Chicago. Our first jump is not right to the MLS. Your home requires a specific market and we utilize our knowledge to reach out to those whom we know could be interested.

 

When representing sellers, we often will sign a nondisclosure document, agreeing to keep your plans quiet in exchange for bringing in buyers for a first look -- and first option to buy -- before the listing goes public. This helps a seller sidestep the headache of a broker’s open house, or worse, one for buyers that can draw interior-decorating "tourists," would-be thieves, and house-hunters who simply can't afford the property. It is our job to keep those kinds out and to avoid wasting everyone’s time.

I am one agent that operates a small firm keeping a limited clientele listing. I operate this way because your home deserves a focus with its own marketing strategy that I derive. Once I have the created marketing strategy, it gets my full attention until our end goal is achieved. This is why I choose to operate on limited listings. Additionally, that does not mean we do not have the capabilities to create high end marketing strategies, or the best resources to achieve maximum results as the larger firms do. Simply put, it means you get the undivided attention you deserve to achieve what you need us to do in the shortest time possible, because your home gets our central focus, and you’ve earned it.

 

I have received many offers from other Brokerage firms to become part of their team and sell. I choose to remain my own Broker because other firms are about volume, and I do not want my clients getting lost on a page of luxury homes in an advertisement in a large magazine. My clients are idolized and made bold.
